How to Easily Clean and move a Microwave

If you are planning to clean and move your microwave in a new residence, this guide is for you. Cleaning your microwave with vinegar is a simple process that will not produce any harm to your machine. Start this process by adding your favorite scent to your vinegar but keep in mind that choosing darker herbs can stain your microwave during cleaning. Place the bowl in the microwave and heat it up for two minutes; that would give a steam clean inside of your microwave.

Wipe down the microwave with a sponge, and you don’t need to use too much elbow grease for the cleaning of the microwave. Now take a microfiber towel and wipe inside the microwave and repeat the same steps for outside of your machine. Now arrange the moving supplies such as paper towels and all-purpose surface cleaner; a moving dolly; tape measure; moving blankets, a cooler for leftover food, and a strong rope or moving strap.

When it comes to moving a microwave, first of all you have to shut off the power to kitchen from the circuit breaker and unplug the microwave. Remove the vent and screws in the mounting bracket and lift the microwave off of the bracket hooks. While doing this process, you must need to have the assistance of someone who can assist you in maneuvering the microwave off of the bracket hooks and safely guiding it to another flat surface. Secure the cords by using a packing tape and then pack the microwave in its original box but if you don’t have the original box, then contact the affordable movers to get another better box for this purpose. Carefully wrap the microwave in plastic wrap and put the wrapped-up glass tray next to it. Seal the box and label it with the content so you don’t face any difficulty to find out in your new residence.
